AIP was founded by Jaime Wail with one goal in mind — to bring clients real options and honest guidance. Before starting her career in insurance, Jaime worked as a trial paralegal in both civil and commercial litigation, developing a sharp eye for detail and a passion for protecting people’s interests.

In 2023, she launched a scratch insurance agency with no prior sales background and quickly built a thriving business, growing well over $1 million in premium in just two short years. Along the way, she developed a vast network of referral partners who trust her to support their clients through home purchases, business ventures, and financial milestones. More importantly, she found a passion for providing clients with peace of mind, so they can focus on the family life or business ventures that matter most to them.
